Work together

You don't want a generic itinerary pulled from a template.

You want someone to actually think about your family - how you travel, what matters to you, what you'd never notice to ask for - and build something around that.

That's my whole job.

You've got a trip in mind.  Let's build it.

The best all-inclusive trip is one where you land, drop your bags, and don't have to think again until it's time to go home.

But getting there means choosing the right resort - and there are a lot of wrong ones. I'll help you find the property that actually matches your family so the relaxation starts before you even arrive.

All-inclusive resorts

Cruises look easy from the outside - and they can be, when every piece is chosen intentionally.

I'll help you choose the right ship, the right itinerary, and the right experience so you're not just on a cruise, you're on the right one.

cruises

You've always wanted to do Europe right - not just the highlights, but the moments in between that make it feel like it was made for your family.

I handle every transfer, every hotel, every detail, so you arrive feeling like someone was expecting you.

EURope

because it was.

I believe every trip should feel like it was made for you.

THE NEXT STEP

01/04

Fill out the intake form and I'll send over the How We Work guide so you know exactly what to expect before we even get on a call. No surprises, no guessing - just a clear picture of what working together actually looks like.

Tell Me About Your Trip

THE NEXT STEP

02/04

This is where the real planning starts. We'll talk about your trip, your family, and what you actually want - not just what you think to ask for. I'll walk you through the timeline, and if a planning fee applies, we'll cover that here too.

We Talk it Through

THE NEXT STEP

03/04

Once the planning fee is paid, I do the research, make the calls, and build something around what I learned about your family. For cruises and resort travel I'll send a few options to compare. For Europe and custom trips, I send one itinerary. Once you approve it and your deposit is in, we're officially making this happen.

Your Trip

THE NEXT STEP

04/04

Before you leave I'll make sure you have everything - documents, packing tips, what to expect on arrival, and a digital itinerary for the road. And when you're there, I'm just a text away. The only thing left for you to do is show up.

Planning is included for cruises, all-inclusives, Hawaii, and larger Disney parks trips, because the supplier pays me a commission when you book. A planning fee applies to smaller Disney parks trips, groups of 12 or more, and Europe and other complex itineraries. I always tell you the exact number before I start any work. Your planning fee and your trip cost are always two separate payments. Download my How We Work + Pricing Guide to see exactly what's included.

What does it cost to work with you?

Frequently asked questions

next

02/10

If a planning fee applies to your trip, it is due when we kick off planning, after our first call. Travel deposits and final payments follow the supplier's timeline, which I'll walk you through before anything is due.

When do I pay?

Frequently asked questions

next

03/10

Earlier than you think! For cruises and Europe, earlier is almost always better - the good cabins and properties go fast. That said, don't let timing stop you from reaching out. I'll tell you what's still possible.

How early should we start planning?

Frequently asked questions

next

04/10

You'll get an automatic response with my how-we-work guide and a link to schedule a discovery call. If you'd rather skip the call, no problem - I'll reach out if I need anything else before I get started.

What happens after I fill out the inquiry form?

Frequently asked questions

next

05/10

Most custom proposals come together within a few days of our discovery call or intake form submission. Complex or international itineraries may take a bit longer, because I'd rather get it right than get it fast.

How long does the planning process take?

Frequently asked questions

next

06/10

Yes - revisions are included until it feels right, typically within two rounds. If we go beyond that, a small revision fee applies. I'd rather adjust than hand you something you're not excited about.

Can I tweak my itinerary after it's built?

Frequently asked questions

next

07/10

Yes, for packages where it makes sense - Europe, all-inclusive resorts, Hawaii, pre/post-cruise. I primarily work with Delta. For standalone bookings: $50/person domestic, $100/person international.

Do you book flights?

Frequently asked questions

next

08/10

Yes, and they're some of my favorite trips to plan. Destination weddings, family reunions, extended family cruises, corporate retreats, and more.

If you're gathering a group, let's talk.

Do you plan group or corporate trips?

Frequently asked questions

next

09/10

You'll have my contact info and I'll be reachable. If logistics shift - a cancellation, a delay, anything that needs to be rerouted - I handle it so you don't have to.

What if something goes wrong while we're traveling?

Frequently asked questions

next

10/10

Yes! I work with a range of budgets, and I'll always make sure you're getting the most out of every dollar.  The one thing I ask is that your budget is realistic for the trip you have in mind. If it is, let's make something great.

Can you work with different budget levels?

Frequently asked questions

Inquire

You have a vision for what this trip could feel like, you just don't want to spend the next few months second-guessing every decision and hoping it all comes together.

And when something unexpected happens, you want to know someone already has it handled.

That's exactly what I'm here for.
